Quality

At Anstech, we are constantly focussed on delivering quality products to our customers.

Our quality protocol controls the flow of manufacturing from raw material identification till the time that the products reach their destination.

We control the machining processes and programs at all stages to ensure that the final product is as specified. We are an ISO shop and our quality plan is designed for 100% dimensional checks of all machined parts. Our QC inspectors visit our machining vendors on a daily basis to ensure that the machining is proceeding as prescribed by us and on schedule. All final quality checks on finished parts is done in-house. All our quality control equipment is calibrated and certified for accuracy on regular basis and we maintain all records for minimum three years.

We have in-house hydraulic testing facility upto 10,000 psi.
